Happy Mother’s Day

This is what happens when the kid finally runs roughshod over your very last strand of parental judgment, and then does his victory dance:

To all the moms out there, we understand.

We hope you had a very happy Mother’s Day anyway.

LOL. I hope your whole family had a wonderful day.

Cute photo! Where’s the one of him running in crazy circles from all the sugar, five minutes later? :)

Funny photo! I hope your family’s Mother’s Day was a wonderful one!

  4. @WeaselMomma we did – for the most part. Michael had to do his armadillo trick and run across our street during a high-traffic period, and my wife aged 15 years on the spot.

@Melisa – actually, he did that all day anyway. Not sure what his deal was, but he was amped up from morning until bed time.

@Surprised – my wife sure did enjoy it. Particularly the part at the end where she got to eat lobster and asparagus risotto.

  5. Yeah, they totally take advantage the moment you let your guard down! They know our weaknesses and they prey on them!

  6. @terri – the conversation was the best part: “Mommeeeeeee? Can I eat these?” “sure. knock yourself out.” I could hear the drained resignation in my wife’s voice, poor thing.
