I think the best way to help Michael get over this (and I had this problem, too!) is to do what you guys did in this case; calmly help him. NOT SPIDERS!!!!! I've got nothin' too and I live in Illinois. Slept right through the earthquake. I did however shovel snow early, very early this morning. I had to break down and take two ibprofen to take away the aches and pains. Little out of shape? Think so.
