Success!

I just found out that my wife’s surgery went through without a hitch.

She’ll be in the hospital for a few days still.

The real healing will be in the days, weeks and months that follow as she and I commit to the lifestyle changes we’ve only toyed with until now.

I refuse to lose her, or even risk her health any further.

    Hooray. Nothing witty to say here but just relief everything went ok. Now take a breather for a bit. I think you’ve both earned it.

    I don’t comment much but I really enjoy your blog. I’m just seeing this now and am praying for your wife.
