The First Day

January 11th, 2010

I had a big to-do list this last weekend. I had every intention of taking down all of the Christmas decorations and packing them up. My wife and I had some shopping to do, as we both had gift cards on the verge of expiration. I had intended to make pizza dough, which requires getting [...]

More Tips for Teens!

Didja know?
Your 6 ounce bottle of “Ragdoll” perfume will actually last you more than three days if you use the handy spray feature built in, instead of uncapping and upending the entire container to douse your head and shoulders.
Using a light touch with this clever spray method, you’ll exude a subtle, delightfully elusive fragrance [...]

Who’s Michael?

Michael is the surprise son of a second-time married couple who, having daughters from their respective previous marriages, believed they were through having kids. He's a red-headed ball of fire who hit the ground running and hasn't stopped to take a breath since. Every day he gives me new ways to learn patience, resourcefulness, firmness and love by providing intense training under live fire conditions.
